Chef Dimitris Kamaritis, FRSPH
Co-Founder & Culinary Director
Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Dimitris refined his craft at The Ritz London and Claude Bosi's Bibendum, both 2 Michelin stars, before contributing to the launch of Mauro Colagreco's restaurant at Raffles OWO, led by the acclaimed 3 Michelin star chef.
He later cooked for high-profile clients before becoming Opening and Development Chef at Grain, a contemporary Mediterranean concept centred on bold flavours and balance.
He has been awarded Fellowship of the Royal Society for Public Health (FRSPH), a distinction held by a select group of professionals recognised for exceptional expertise and contribution to culinary standards.
At Biotrofi, he leads chef recruitment, menu direction, and quality control, ensuring every experience meets the highest standards.
